History & maintenance:
The car has remained stock throughout its life, apart from tint on rear and side windows. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and surprisingly quick, making it a great daily driver and long distance family car.

Maintenance in the last 500 miles includes new front rotors, front/rear brake pads, brake fluid flush, oil/filter change, and turbo coolant line servicing. Exterior condition is good, and as expected for year and mileage. Interior condition is also good, and as expected with light wear. In February 2022, a two-step polish was completed, 22ple High Performance Coating applied, and 22ple VS1 Final Coat topped it off.

We're the second owners; the original Arizona owner bought out the lease after it went through the CPO process. After he moved to North Carolina in 2018, the car was traded in at Leith Porsche in December 2020, from where the wife and I subsequently purchased it.

It's been an absolute joy to own. The manual driving experience in a later model M5 has always been great, and we have loved every minute of it. We'd love to keep the car forever, but since our driving needs have changed, we would much prefer to see it go to a good home instead of sitting still in our garage.

Pricing these manual M5s is difficult due to the rarity, but based on available comps, we believe we have priced it competitively.
