The biggest concern is the design of the wheel to fit the front calipers; and the provided specs can't tell you that, unfortunately. You'll either have to ensure someone else has successfully ran the same wheels/specs or measure the caliper clearance to be sure. With that said, those sizes and offsets work assuming it clears the front calipers.

You’ll need a 10mm or larger spacer in the rear.

Pretty sure he should be good in the rear without a spacer.

Sure, but they will be sunken in. Best to buy wheels that fit well in the first place.

No, they will actually stick out by 5.4mm. The stock 343 wheels are 10J ET34.

and most people run 12mm-15mm spacers on the stock rear wheels because they are naturally sunken in due to the weak offsets. personal preference if you want a more flush look or not.

Typically, a rear with the following specs: 20x10.5 et 35 and Toyo R888r, one would not need a spacer. This is where there is a bit of variability and subjectivity--some tires fill up the space much better than others (i.e., Toyo r888r's, for example). Also, some people prefer form over function. If it were me, I'd have a higher offset so I can fit wider tires. At the end of the day, no one is wrong--just depends on what one is going for.
