ProTools Cheat Sheet

Is there a cheat sheet of options to modify like:

For this platform? My indy recommended protools instead of bimmercode (they used both) said protools had better options. I obviously dont want to bork anything.

I did my googles but it seems most of the topics are for other platforms and I'm not assuming it translates across models.
