Error code 102002

Has anybody had this error code and what did you do ? Supposed be a lack of air or maf sensors

If it's been alright for a while with this set up and just come up then clean cone filters not oiling them and clean maf's with CRC spray and cancel code, then see how you go, it's all I can suggest for now.

Thanks for the reply, i have fitted the original filters back and cleaned both maf sensors out they were dirty. However last night under very heavy load it went into limp mode again. So turned of and started it and all was well. Read for code and nothing showed up 🧐

Yeah just got to take it easy with the right foot, not too many pedal to the metals lol and add redex to the fuel like I do to keep the fuel system, injectors and plugs sweet with no CEL's, works for me. I'd keep the original a/f's on as tempting as it may be to put the other intakes back in.

Hi

Old thread but wanted to update for future generations.

My M6 recently thrown 102902 code and I could not find answers anywhere.
It says DME 2 Air Volume plausibility

I decided to clean mafs and it didn’t do anything.
Then swapped mafs Bank 1 to Bank 2 and error moved from Bank 2 to Bank 1 and now read same as yours
102002

I can confirm it’s faulty MAF and needs replacement and should be sorted.

Thanks
