Some further feedback
Id recommend go longer than 32 inches there is in fact room
35 should be perfect

So far, in all 1/4 wave resonator solutions I have seen, the resonator is mounted at 90 degrees on the exhaust pipes. I know that it does not matter if the resonator has a (soft) bend, but what if the resonator is mounted at a different angle on the exhaust pipes?

See the two configurations on this photo. I wonder if version 1 (my preferance) has the same effect as version 2?
