Gas Door Broke
5th time since March.... anyone else have a subwoofer and had this issue? Never had it in any of my other cars and I'm using the same setup I've always used....

It's the vibrations from your subs which weakens the spring and eventually it fails. Think about if you stood by the gas door on your car and constantly flexed it hours on end for days and days. Vibration wave from the subwoofer in truck does the same thing. I have heard fuel doors rattling when cars drive by bumping their bass. Eventually you wear the spring tension out.
