2015 6 speed M5 for 16k

Hello, I'm back again. I followed everyone's advice and I avoided purchasing an overpriced M5 about a year ago. I've been actively searching for a decent deal and I just came across something that may either be an amazing opportunity or the dumbest thing I will ever do.

I found this car at a Mercedes dealership in VA: https://www.penskecars.com/details-2...5fd595171.html.

What's the catch? 207k+ miles and sold as-is because "it won't pass VA inspection due to cracked windshield, tints, and tinted tail lights."

What do y'all think? Should I even bother going to look at it? I have ISTA, so I can scan it and i'm also mechanically inclined and my uncle has an auto shop, so I have access to a lift.

Read this yesterday, if it drives fine why not? and it's with the sought after manual gearbox,the screen can be replaced and the tints removed.
