Lease Takeover...is this a good deal?

Hey guys so I am looking to takeover a lease on:

- 2016 M5 w/ Dinan stage 1 (installed by Dinan)
- 12k miles a year (26 months) i actually get 1,058 miles a year where it sits right now.
- $87k buyout at end of lease terms
- $0 down payment
- $1,096 a month not including taxes

Any thoughts on this deal?

Thank you

I think thats a good deal with zero out of pocket for sure. What was the original MSRP?

If you can give the original MSRP and the MF that the original owner had it would be easier to tell if its a good deal or not. The payment isn't bad but its not great...really depends on the above. I would ask the seller what his deal looked like
