Isn't the lease residual closer to 60% on the f10 m5?

$53,500 seems like a great price for sub 40k mile and CPO with maintenance.

No problem.......The original sticker price was around $107k.....I don't know about the lease residual.

I looked at nearly the exact same car here in the Pacific Northwest. It was similarly equipped, had more miles, did not have new tires, did not have extended warranty or maintenance and thankfully they turned down my $53k offer!

BTW....love the car.....I definitely don't deserve it.....but am going to enjoy it none-the-less!
