Pre-LCI headlight replacement.

My headlight on the drivers side is beginning to crack. If I find a replacement, will I need to code it at the dealer? Or can someone do it remotely?

I believe as long as you swap over the 4 control modules from the cracked light should be plug and play.

The headlight module is the brain, it should be carried over from the original headlight. BUT when I bought a complete used headlight, my Indy said it worked without programming and the module was from the doner car.
