Water ingress rear footwell drivers side

So....I have water ingress behind the drivers seat, / rear door well. Last year I had it on the passenger side and it was the yellow gromit. I changed it out and no problem since, this one seems like the door/internal weather seal as when I open the rear door water was pissing out the bottom. Anyone resealed these? Easy todo? Any tips or advice be helpful, I know it's a common problem. Cheers

Looks like the water inside the door is held in by the door frame seal until it's opened. All you can do is when opening door see where the water is draining from and follow the escape route should the door be closed, it's blocking the water escape track somewhere.
