Sad to say I am selling my 2014 M5. I bought this car as a fun commuter but can’t justify it now that I work completely remotely.

This car has been immaculately maintained and it is hard to find as good of an example of an M5 as this one. I am the third owner of the car, and it has been in my ownership for about 8 months. The original owner purchased this car as an executive vehicle, but the majority of the miles were from the second owner, who I purchased the car from. The second owner also used this car as a commuter vehicle.

This car has never been tuned, tracked, or abused. It has been absolutely babied: always warmed up, no crazy pulls, etc. I was paranoid about some of the horror stories with these engines when I purchased the car, so I did every preventative item I could think of including a full ignition service with new OEM parts (injectors, coil packs, spark plugs). All maintenance from the previous owners was performed at the BMW Dealer. I have every single service record from all owners. Under my ownership, this car has been maintained at SD Garage and 2M Autowerks in San Diego. I have all records of maintenance under my ownership as well.

The car has also been fully inspected by BMW on 2/28/2023. I was curious what I would get from them as a trade in, and they put it up on a lift and did a full inspection. No issues found.

The car has always been garage kept. Paint is in excellent condition. Recently paint corrected as well. It gets professionally detailed once a month and I do a maintenance wash in between.

Interior is in great shape as well. Some expected wear on the leather armrest and seats, but overall, in really good condition.

Car drives perfect. No issues.

• Front Bumper Repainted by 2M Autowerks. I was bothered by some of the rock chips on it from the previous owner. We also painted the side markers when this was done as well.
• Paintless Dent Repair (Drivers Side Rear Quarter Panel). The previous owner had a “shopping cart ding” that you could see in certain lighting. This dent is completely removed.

• Eisenmann Sport Exhaust
• Resonators have been deleted. I have the OEM resonators saved if you would like to put them back.
• Macht Schnell Wheel Spacers (12mm front, 10mm rear)
• ApexBuilt “Ghost” Titanium Front Mount Intakes. These have been on the car for literally 100 miles. These are not pictured in most of the exterior pictures of the car.

• I currently have a Uniden R7 with a BlendMount and WireTap installed. The radar will be removed when sold, but I can gladly keep the BlendMount and WireTap installed.

Known Issues/Cons:
• Some small rock chips on the rear bumper. Very minor, but noticeable for perfectionist eyes
• Small dent on the passenger side of the front fender where it meets the bumper. Only noticeable in certain lighting
• Small curb rash on rear passenger wheel
• The rear sunshade will go up automatically but requires some manual assistance to go down.

I think this is one of the cleanest, most well-sorted M5s on the market right now. I am in no rush to sell.

Car does have a lien with PenFed. If you are interested in purchasing, I am happy to do whatever is needed for the convenience and comfort of the buyer. If you would like to get a bill of sale notarized, let’s do it. I know the process with a financed car can be funky, but happy to go out of my way to make it easy.

Clean F10. Might be in the market to get a weekend F10 again here soon. The Yukon XL AT4 (w/locked by GM computer) just isn't giving me that "spirited" feel bahha. GLWS and post the link when you can.
