BM3 and JB4 combo input

Anybody here running the BM3 and JB4 combo?
I'm considering this as I had previous positive experience with the JB4 and a backend flash on a different platform, plus the ease of logging and seeing the parameters all the time (don't really like the BM3 interface, very clunky)
Would really appreciate any input/advice.

I understand the feeling. I was hoping the BM3 platform would be better as far as live data and logging. Flash itself seems great, but the mobile app was garbage. I loved being able to seamlessly monitor and log on the JB4 Mobile App in real time on my N54 cars.

100% same issue I have. I just hate how clunking it is. Not user friendly whatsoever.
No one has any input or running the same combo?

Considering that you have used it before on other cars, it will be exactly the same. the Jb4 controls boost, bm3 everything else and you can still take advantage of all the Jb4 cool features.

You do need a custom bm3 map for the backend flash

Oh ok, so can't just keep the stage 2 map I already have and just put the JB4 on?

That's exactly why I'm trying to find out from people that actually run the setup. The JB4 has a ton of features that a flash doesn't offer. To me it will always be the ultimate tune (Jb4+backend flash). The only reason I posted is that no one seems to share anything on this plateforme.

Any luck? I am interested in combining JB4 with my BM3 tune too.

Not yet. Unfortunately ran into some issues and mods are on hold.

I am running a DME tuning stage 3 tune through bootmod3 and a custom kill map on map 6 of jb4 that DME tuning set up for me. I use to jb4 for logging and meth control and switching to my "kill map" on the jb4. Other wish I'm just running the stage 3 map from bm3 on the daily which is map 4 on the jb4.

My backend flash is 22psi and kill map on jb4 is 28psi.

Thanx, I installed mine recently and its crazy awesome when combined with a backend flash.
