pure turbos stg 2 question

i got my pure turbos stg 2 back a few weeks ago and opened the box last night. when i saw the turbos, i noticed both of them did not have the oem wastegates.

For those who have the stg 2, did your came with the wastegates? I tried calling pure turbos but no one is picking up.

just want to see if this is normal or pure turbos just forgot the wastegates

Did you send yours out for building? I kept my factory turbos and just swapped over everything to the new turbos.

yup i sent the turbos with the wastegates to pure turbos but they came back without the wastegates.

i was afraid of that. you pay $5k for a product and got parts missing in return.

I'm sure everything will work out just fine. Jesse is a real stand up guy. Let me know if you don't get results in in the next couple days

thanks guys. i was able to get a resolution. they found the missing waste gates and sent them to me. hopefully they are the rights ones. crossing my fingers...
