Seat heating in settings not showing up

Hello!

Been driving around with my wife this afternoon and she was a little cold and turned her seat heater on… apparently its not working at its full capacity. She says it works as it is on lvl 1 of 3 compared with the drivers one that works perfectly fine and it gets really really hot.
After all of this I was thinking that I can go on to the iDrive and make some changes from the specific settings. Discovered that theres no “SEATS HEATING” setting in my iDrive at the climate section.

Anyone encountered this before?
