F10 M5 21'' Wheels Tire Size

Whats up guys I just got some new 21 inch rims for my 2013 m5. I was wondering if anyone knows the max tire size you can fit with stock suspension. The tires I have right now are too low and with these New York roads it doesnt help. Pm me or comment here

Will need more information to provide a solid response for you. Wheel width and offsets play a critical role in tire size.

On a stock 20" wheel you can run a 265/35/20 up front and a 295 to 305/30/20 in the rear. To get the same height and rolling diameter on a 21" inch wheel you'll have to go with a lower aspect tire. If you went with a 265/35/21 and a 295 or 305/30/21, you'll be essentially adding almost 1-2 inches of overall height. If you could get it to work, which I seriously doubt, your M5 would like more like an X5.

I used to live in NYC, and the roads are not designed for aftermarket wheels. Especially 21's with no sidewall.

To answer your question. The ideal tire size for most 21" wheels is:

265/30/21 front
295/25/21 rear

Anything over a 30 aspect up front and a 25 in the rear would look horrible. (Again, if you could get it to work)

That's a great answer. I run 21" in 9x21 and 10x21 with 265/30 and 295/25, fits perfectly.

Right now i have hre s101's
265/30 ZR21 in the front
305/25 ZR21 in the rear

Also, no spacers or any suspension work all stock. So I cant go with fatter tires is what you're saying?

Brah - we need your wheel width and offset to help with tire sizes.

For example, here’s my current setup:

HRE Classic 300
F: 21x10.5 et 32, MPS4S 275/30/21
R: 21x11.5 et 29, MPS4S 325/25/21

Very different than what is being suggested thus far, because we can’t really give you an educated answer without knowing your wheel specs.

I'm in a similar situation here in PA. Roads are awful and I want to run a 30 sidewall in the back. Not sure if it's possible since the diameter changes from basically a 27" to a 28" tire

Completely off topic (ok kinda) but I'm debating getting those HRE's. I think I've only seen them in 20 inch on this platform. Can you throw up some pictures of your car on the 21 inch versions of these?

Wasn't sure if you were asking about mine or Doctor X's but here you go:
