Euro Spec Headlight on Us Model

So I’m trying to fix a crash m5. Been looking for a passenger lci full holes headlight. I’m seeing a few on ebay, but all are euro spec. Can someone please tell me the big difference. What will I need to get this working? Or any one know where I can source a Us one besides the dealer

It won't work, try to find a bare headlight without the modules first, then start piecing the modules together based off of what still works on your car after the accident.
