BMW is quoting M4 at 3.9 (vs 4.2 for M5), is there a chance it's faster?

My prediction, and I have said this before, is that even if the M3/M4 is faster 0-60 than the M5/M6, then from 60-100 the M5/M6 will win no doubt. TPG Tuning's 2015 BMW M4 on its FIRST pass ever down the track with just 560 miles on it -- ran a 11.2 @ 123 and a fast time of the day 11.18 @ 123.56, as the fastest M4 quarter mile record. Car is fitted with TPG Tunings track exhaust system.

And even with drag radials and the jB4 with race gas it's 11 mph slower than the fastest tuned f10 trap ( 134mph trap) which also has run a 10.9 ET without a real tune lol . Yep 11.1 @123 is right there with the M5 record 10.9 @131 .

Why does it matter?
I thought about M4 a couple of times as a downgrade in the future to fall back to if I wanna save money and I test drove the car for about 15 minutes and liked it and was impressed by the Exhuaste and the rear brake calipers -

yet to compare it to my M5 is just insane!! I actually I was kinda giggling and surprised that the SA really thought that M4 could get me out of my M5 ; let alone probably for same lease monthly payment HELLO COOKOO!! -

ON A MORE SERIOUS NOTE:
M4 can be or let me rephrase can look sportier with more aggressive cues (Hood for instance) and may be more track appropriate (I don't track my cars, playing a role here) but that's where advantages end then anything else including $ value and bang for your buck goes to M5/M6 hands down, so please indulge me:

Just to name a few M5 speriority points:
-Alcantara (Best in class)
-roominess
-STATUS!! No comparison here
-343 And 601 wheels
-Ticking rotors (Just kidding on thus one -

B&O
-CP exhaust is more mellow exhaust sound
-The fact it is still a V8 not a souped up Inline 6 Cylinder (Albeit best in its own right)
-Center console
-Instrument Cluster high resolution screen in M5 is years ahead of what I've seen in the M4
-Seats and bolsters
-Rear design especially if compared to M3 as M4 is better than M3 which is way worse!
-M5 has Less Boy Racer Look and Race Me Unsolicited Invitations and More Class no doubt

I swear I love the M4 but to compare it to M5 is again JUST INSANE !!!
Even if it is faster and it is not!-
