Unfortunately that means saying goodbye to the 991TTS which I really don't want to part with. I just don't have the garage space and don't want to move. I have my house the way I like it with the new pool and it can't flood out even in torrential rains. I live on one of the highest points in Austin at 824 ft according to my Vbox and the topo contour map from the USGS shows 900ft right where my house is. I can live with the RR out in the driveway but I can't see either of the Porsches or a Ferrari California living outside the garage. Definitely going to redo the kitchen this summer and probably the master bath but there really isn't anything I can do about the garage other than move.

House is beautiful lol first time somethings got my attention over the car

PM me when you're looking to move that car and what you think a fair amount would be.

Awesome pick, have you ever thought about keeping some of these cars long term? Or in some kind of collection. I can't imagine none have made you want to make a long term commitment.

Dynamic changes... IDK but grip on digs for sure. Yesterday I was able to run the car hard from launches and its very strong for a rwd car. Not as good as my GT3 but as expected. I think it would be a very good dig race!! (Im only referencing rwd cars) For as much TQ that it has it has limited wheelspin unless I just mash it with no regard. I know (hate to say) that the magazines have 0-60 in 3.0 or 3.1 which feels about right.

Yes indeed, Ben at WheelsBoutique did it with 12.5's Wild!!

No. I have ADD of car acquisition. I might not always get rid of the right car but I like trying new ones I have rarely regretted any of my buys though. The only one that still resonates as a mistake was a 2006 CL65 Benz. This isn't girlfriends or wives... its cars.

Correct. wider tires definitely improve the traction from digs due to additional rubbers and wider track, but reduce the dynamic on turns unless you modify the suspension.
As far as 0-60 AMG GTS has advantage of rearward weight distribution (47/53) due to transaxle configuration so basically you have more weight on rear to help getting better traction at take off. 3.0 - 3.1 second? well I doubt AMG can do it (I guess something like 3.3-3.5 is possible) but for sure for GT3 is about right since if I'm not mistaken (not sure) GT3 has about 40/60 weight distribution.

Which is why you can keep 3-5 of them on the shelf for when you get the urge

Pull up the latest car and driver- they did the AMG in 0-60 in 3.0 but obviously in controlled conditions with a pro driver. I doubt in the real world I can replicate but I doubt I can do that in the GT3 as well. I know the facts about the AMG GTS and Im glad AMG did what they did with the weight distribution along with the 9 lb carbon fiber drive shaft and the engine internals that were used in 2014 F1 cars.

You are right. The latest car and driver report (Comparison result) shows 0-60 in 3.0 second , ¼ mile in 11.2 second @127 mph

Let's wait for their instrument test and other magazines (MT,...)

I saw one today driving down the GW Parkway over the Humpback Bridge by Columbia Island Marina behind the Pentagon. Absolutely stunning car, black with the bright red calipers.

Hey RPiM5 was that you taking a test drive??

VIC, if you had to keep either the GT3 or the AMG GTs, which would you choose?
Very interested to know which one

Vic, I understand u were (are) looking at a F12. Are u aware of the inherent aero/suspension issue with the car? I hear from reliable sources that the car exhibits some positive lift at the front at speeds. A few owners locally have dumped their cars after a short while. You might wanna look into it before taking the plunge.

Hey Clar, I didnt know that but I did try to tag you on a different post (thread in this section) that helped me make up my decision.

The dealer delivered an F12 (used) to my house pre buy for me to review... instead of 6200 miles it had 8k. I had a pitted windshield, curbed wheels, chipped front fascia and minor paint issues all around. I passed on the car immediately but did get to drive her for a few hours.

So I am now looking at the Huracan and few others.

Yeah, I saw that post. Had wanted to reply to u there but couldn't seem to be able to locate it. If u are looking at the huracan, it would be better to wait for the superleg edition. It will be much improved. Huracan sounds really nice tho.

Lol!

But I've already decided, I'm 90% sure that my next car is going to be Naturally Aspirated.

Almost tune time!! Remember this car stock is running low 11's at 126-127 so this is an easy 13x.xx car and high 10's (my guess).
