Looks good! Good call on doing sleeves, you will be glad you did when she's back up and running.

Now for pistons gap rings
Recommendation from total seal
If up to 30 lb
I should gap for bore (89) * .008
I think too much
And may Engine smoked oil
Or what i should to do ?

That's a product called Plastigauge (or it was when I last used it many years ago), used to measure the bearing clearance. You torque the main cap with the crank installed and a piece of Plastigauge on the journal, then take the cap off and use the measuring strips on the Plastigauge packaging to find out the clearance.

A question about the installed sleeves, there's a relief cast into each cylinder at the bottom, seen in the four cylinders in the last picture of post #71. I assume it's for connecting rod clearance, will you need to cut the sleeve away at that point?

You mean that point ?
I told machinist who installed sleeves
And he said just try to put rods and test first

Which one what? The last picture in post #71 has a picture of the crankcase. There are reliefs cast into the walls of the four cylinders in that picture. The sleeve projects over those reliefs, will you have to cut the sleeve to give the clearance needed for the connecting rod?

Yes
We didn't finished yet
Just try to test clearance for main bearing
To check if block is ok or not cause we taked a lot of time
And need to check first to continue or not
And till now everything going better
We now looking for new main cap bolts , and send to recheck for bore size too

now I found big problem with rods

for rod bearing installation i have new set small box 1 for upper rods ,and 2nd for cap rod

When I try to use upper bearing for stock connecting rod ,
and lower bearing for cap rod sits ok

But for cp Carrillo rods
upper bearing used for cap rods ,
and lower bearing for connecting rods

I see what you're saying, but it shouldn't make a difference installing the bearings, the bearings have a notch in them and they should fit right in. Are you saying no configuration is fitting?

Forged rotating

I would think that Carillo would have made a recommendation as to the type and brand of bearings to use.
