I don't know why you guys are so interested in his process, like it's never been done before or have had the procedure described.
If you're not confident in the job, have a shop do it. For pricing over the phone first, I'd ask them what they charge to replace a clutch slave cylinder. The cost to do this should be a little less as they are not physically doing anything to the slave, just popping out the valve, reconnecting the line and bleeding the same as usual for a slave cylinder. On a lift, this is a 30 minute job. An hour labor shop time would be fair IMO. |
