I'd disagree with one. I know plenty of people who mod their cars and take even more delicate care of warm up procedures, changing fluids and belts, etc. where as I've seen "stock" low mile cars with 5-10+ years of neglect in the fluid/ warm up procedure department. |

If you have the time ask your lawyer to write a demand letter and file law suit . you may have better luck using a lemon law specialist but be prepared for an uphill fight , it may take 6-10 months before it is settled .
if you dont have the time all you can do is spend the money and hope for the best . Best of luck . i don't understand how they can just deny warranty if the car was never modified or red flagged . |
