Carbon Fibre Dash Inlay /M performance Steering Wheel

Anyone got the Genuine Carbon Fibre dash inlay M performance kit fitted.

Also anyone got an M performance led steering wheel fitted.

Any pics of your car with parts fitted would be good.

Also if you are selling I may be interested.

Yes I have the M Performance carbon interior fitted and it makes a huge difference. Cost me £1800 though which was a special price from Phil @ Cotswold BMW in Cheltenham

Be careful when buying the wheel second hand as it must come with the wiring harness and loom that its supplied with.

A lot of people take them off to sell them but don't realise there is wiring as well.

This isn't my car but the interior is the same

i had this fitted on my 5er, now got a M5 and wish id taken the trim out before i sold the other car!!

BMW have stopped making this carbon fibre trim now for the F10, so youll only find one second hand, or be lucky if a dealer has one left on the shelf.

I didn't realise they had stopped making them, what happens if you have a Competition Pack car that came with this as standard and it gets damaged?

Seems strange that a car that's 2 years old already has obsolete parts

The carbon fibre dash DOESNT come with the Comp pack as standard it was a cost option, certainly, it wasnt on mine (2016)

It MAY have been standard on the £100k Competition EDITION but not the CP

Nothing to do with dash I know, when I was looking for my M5 I came across one in an ad which was mon blue with white interior (wow) and it had carbon effect 343m wheels! Didn't see it in person but the guy had sold it 10 minutes before I called to a US fighter pilot stationed here.

That's correct;was watching with amazement how they do it with the steady hands filtering the wheel through the film then bringing it out the other side of the tub.Must say it looks good if you like that sort of thing.
