Check Engine light with Bimmer Code Error

Anyone have this with a check engine light? What's this gonna cost?

I would clear it to see if it comes back immediately.
If it's a single instance then I wouldn't stress too much about it.
The error suggests your AFR was lean at one point.

I did reset it once and it did come back, I'll try one more time. Is this going to be injector issue?
