Craze is correct. There is no blow off valve on these engines.

If you just want the sound, get a front mount intake.

Ordering msr next week for myself, that sound is wild.

I have had mine for four years and I have been very happy with MSR. George has finished testing a complete package for the F90 M5. Had a long conversation with him about. Tune, intake, exhaust and other tweaks. The result is approximately 700 whp. Doesn't want to put out exact numbers just yet but has V-box times of 60-130 in the lower 6's. He also now has his own line of wheels. I have pics of his development car but he doesn't want me to post just yet.

Blow Off Valves = Why ?

Blow Off Valves = Complete waste of Pressure (and defeats the m engine engineering design philosophy )

I’m always curious about people who entertain this :

in that the s63tu ( “hot-vee” ) design their is a deliberate “pulsed” exhaust “cross bleed” to help scavage exhaust and keep both turbos running evenly .

Also Dumping turbo pressure via a blow-off valve is pretty crude and counterproductive on our engine design.

Cheers
Bruce

They do it for the sound and it's childish. Personally, I'm glad they don't offer this option for the platform.
