The tyre inflator gauges at your tyre shop are probably well used and worn so it's diligent to re check them again with your own gauge.
My swapped rears were reading 4 pounds short when I checked the pressures with my own gauge.

Always do! Ive never had a tire shop inflate to correct pressure let alone all the same!

I have just had 4 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4s fitted and asked for 2.2Bar all round.

What pressures is everyone running on 20" rims?

I've got 2.5 bar all round,the inside pillar spec sticker says 2.4 with min load going up to 2.8 fully loaded.

I run about 35 psi or 2.5 bar on PS 4s on 20". I'm no expert but 38 psi felt like the contact patch got smaller.

I think your asking for trouble at 2.2.
