Adjust Tailgate Height

My battery went dead and had to replace it.
But my issue is the tailgate will only open like 25%. If you lift it high, it will still close.
I looked at google/youtube, cant seem to get any solution.
The idrive does not have a folder for tailgate(adjustment).
Anyone knows wheres the tailgate height adjustment in a 2016 F10 M5?

I'd disconnect the new battery for 10 minutes then connect up again, may clear it.

I was thinking about that, but im just surprised theres no tailgate adjust in thr idrive like other F10.
I know my x7 has one on idrive.

I disconnected it. Did not work.

If it was BMW dealer who changed out the battery and the tailgate motor was working fine up to then then I'd suggest to drop it back to them.
