Would you keep M5 after warranty?

I'm out of warranty and don't plan to buy an extended one. Mine is a 2013 with 13,000 miles. I put 4K miles on it last year, likely less this yr. an ext warranty for $4K is too much $ given the miles I put on it. I figure $4k in repairs goes a long ways.
