Need to replace factory accordin/bellows intake tube

So my left and right intake tubing that connects between the air intake and engine keeps collapsing. It is the short 45 ish degree flex tubing. Hoping someone can point me to a good replacement option. Thank you in advance.

Can't catch a break! Damn.

My drivers side one keeps collapsing and not sure why. I'd love to find a solid rubber replacement but may buy a new oem to see if it holds up.
