Hello and thank you for contacting BMWPartsPros!

Unfortunately, BMW does not when upgrading to a M Performance Steering Wheel.

The only option that is disabled is the heating option, not vibration.

Can I use this steering wheel if I have a pre-LCI steering wheel? I too have the lane departure vibration and heated wheel option. If so would i need to purchase additional components to make it fit properly?

Hello,

The Wheel only comes with the steering wheel, clamp spring, and M Performance Steering Wheel Trim.

Everything else can be transferred over if you have the stock M-Sport steering wheel, minus the heating function.

When you say m performance steering wheel trim you mean the carbon trim piece pictured correct?
