DCT Gearbox question...

Im looking to do a gearbox oil change as im running 800 BHP @ crank and want to keep DCT oil fresh but:

-Can someone tell me whats best oil to use (BMW stock oil, or some uprated brand)
-Also does anyone know how much oil the standard gearbox takes in liters

I'm a bit confused. 800rpm is the normal idle speed. Pentosin is the Factory fill. Liquimoly is supposed to be pretty good too. I think 4 liters is about right. How many km's do you have on the car?

Thanks for this, says ill need 5.6 liters, sounds alot
