Hello everyone! Is this the widely discussed wastegate rattle? Car has vrsf catless downpipes with akrapovic. Video link attached . Too prominent while decelerating and a little audible on partial acceleration going around town. Ignore or fix this? If yes ways to fix this please.

Yeah sounds like waste gate rattle to me! It's just one of those things, a side effect of single walled downpipes. I had that style dp on my last f10 m5 and you could hear it same as yours in built up areas with windows down. Current f10 m5 has gutted oem dp's so are double walled and I don't hear any rattle, but this car only has 21k miles, so maybe they don't actually rattle? (Other car only had 33k though.)

Waste gate rattle? Single-walled downpipes cause this. I had same type dp on my previous F10 M5 and you could hear it with the windows down.capybara clicker

Easiest is just use oem dp and gut it out. Solves the waste gate rattle problem
