Help with dme removal please

I’m currently in the process of changing my spark plugs, but can’t figure out how to remove the connectors from the dme. Thought I would ask you guys for help before I start pulling stuff and damaging the connectors. Anyone have any vids or pics of what tabs I’m suppose to press in to remove them?

I figured it out. Thanks guys. No instructions in the diy’s to actually show how to remove the connectors. If I had to explain it I’d say start with the connector on the left when you’re on the side of the car and work your way in order to the right. Pull up slider on first connector to release. Press tabs on the sides of the next two connectors that are touching each other and jiggle them out. Next 3 connectors you have to push the tab on top in and swing the arm over to the left. Then do it for the remaining two.

All the other instructions online never tells you that.

I have to agree, I just changed my plugs and coils and that was by far the hardest part to figure out and accomplish... mainly the 2 on each side that you have to pinch/pull. the last 3 on each side were easy.
