Toto seems to be one of the major adversaries to Andretti-Cadillac based on all the recent reports and his opposition during the first announcements from Andretti Global.

Anyone surprised? Same guy that joined a team who developed a hybrid power unit for a decade before anyone else. Needs everything handed on a silver plate.
