I should be getting a dyno done within the next couple weeks. Have their OTS stage 2 91 octane. Also have a baseline dyno so we will have some delta.

I have Fabworx Catless and the OTS Stage 2 93 Octane. It would be very interesting to see you guys numbers. Also, did you guys gap your plugs and to what?

I'm debating if I should get an OTS Stage 2 93 Octane map or not. Waiting for Halim to answer regarding a custom tune from HCP. Knowing how impatient I am; I may just end up getting the OTS Stage 2 Tune and dyno it.

Car: M6
Mods: Downpipes, bootmod3 OTS Stage 2 93 octane map
Octane: pump 93 octane (98RON)

Boost on this run hit 24psi down low in one spot but levelled off to 23psi by ~5800rpm, 21psi at 6600rpm and 19.5psi at redline.

One item to point out, at this power level blending in ethanol is not a good idea as you can see in the bm3 log posted below that the HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) is falling under target to 1600psi from the targeted 2900psi. If you've ever dealt with misfires on your S63tu when pushing power, and not using meth or secondary PI injection to supplement and help the fuel system, then we suggest dataloging and paying attention to your HPFP pressure. Midrange power/torque we feel is already maxed out due to where the HPFP is sitting unless we lean it out a bit to 5500rpm and to go higher in that area you'll need meth which is easiest to install or a PI kit that we don't think exists for the S63tu today yet.

This is the current state of our OTS Stage 2 93 octane map. We're looking to get a bit more dyno runs in as its very likely there's a few more reliable ponies in there at 6k rpm. Let us know if any questions at all.

Have any of your Stage II parameters changed since you posted this? Looking to use your Stage II OTS map for my downpipe car, but didn't want to replace my stock clutches anytime soon. Trying to keep the torque in the 640ish range or less. Please advise.

Finally dyno'd it. Ran it twice since it's hot here in Texas (98-99F). Made 606whp and 649wtq.
I will get a copy next week when I dyno again on a different tune to compare the difference.

What mods do you currently have on your car when you dyno?

Catless DP, eisenmann mids, gtc axleback, 3.5 map sensors. It feels slower than my stage 1 tune for some reason. I’ll run logs on it when I get the car back.

ya, WHP seems kind of low for stage 2 with the mods you listed. i would've thought closer to 650WHP. im scared to dyno incase i do get a low reading haha.

I’m sure the heat has something to do with it. Yea that low number made me go buy another tune. Just got the car back so I’ll be loading it soon.
