Down Pipe Advice
Hi guys I have a 2015 M5 F10 LCI with competition package and Akropovic Exhaust System.
I recently did a stage 1 tune thru DME which I love... got more power and a sick crackle. I'm looking to install catless downpipes .. any suggestions that will bolt on with no headaches of moving o2 sensors etc I was recommended fabworx but can't get delivery to Australia. Looking for more noise ... suggestions please |

I wouldn't recommend de-catting your oem downpipes. Mainly because if you need to go back to stage 1/no tune, it's hard to get OEM downpipes. Keep them just the way they are.
I currently have Fabworx on my car. I also had AMS Catless downpipes as well. Maybe they'll ship to you? |

Fabworx DP sale $739.95 (Retail $995)
Anyone know if there’s been recent sale prices for Fabworx DPs below $739.95?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/FABWORX-CAT...-/123729755648 When I pull the trigger on DPs, I will likely go with 200 cell catted down so the smell inside and outside the vehicle is not too strong.

A guy would just need to have the cat not ready error coded out. There’s no Point in spending 750 dollars on some pipes the car already has, but that’s just my opinion |

[QUOTE=Ickdeep;26222083]Yeah but it's not recommended to run stock map or stage 1 with Catless downpipes. You're causing extra stress with the car's mods and tune not being in sync. Also it's way easier to get Catless downpipes than being OEM downpipes.
This is such an innaccurate statement... A car is less stressed with catless DPs and most tuners can map out the CEL too. Freeing up more HP with less strain on the engine and turbos as it can all breathe easier.
