So now at a year later I can happily say, no regrets here. The only drawback to the QP is that it's the same length as the 750i. Neither of us likes that but my wife still won't consider getting the GranTurismo unless it's the convertible and I don't like that one.

Here is an update on the Cali T from the Ferrari Challenge two weekends ago. It drives great at the track and handles better than the 991tts. It's plenty fast and I never pushed it so I know it can do better than 156 on the back stretch.

The QP now has 10k miles on it and the Cali T has 3700. There was one minor recall issue on the QP for a fix to the fuel pump and the Cali T roof had a bad sensor that got fixed under warranty.
Thanks for the update. I'm glad it worked out for you.

Are you planning to stay with these brands? Or perhaps try another Italian one like the Hurican?

I would like to try the GranTurismo but will probably wait until the end of the year for a better deal. The newer touch screen and the backup camera seem to be the best update to the model in years. The other option for a replacement of the QP would be a Rapide.

I really like my Cali T but may order a Portofino or trade up to a 488 Spider in the next year. For now, I am just going to hold on to what I have.

How's the Cali in comparison with the P car?

More fun to drive and the top down is also something I like a lot. The car looks good with the top up or down which is what I like about the hard top convertible. The car ran well at the track and while not as fast as the Porsche, it handled as well for me I think. Around town I think it rides better and drives better.

Nice! It's gorgeous! Congrats on the purchase! Also, you're right. Hard too verts are the only verts to buy in my eyes.
