Silverstone interior repair
I have various Marks on my interior, some are worse than others to the point where the leather is actually cracked.
I've attached images, does anybody use a product that I could use to repair this or make it look better? I understand that i may not be able to repair the cracking but it would be nice if I could tidy up the small scuffs. Thanks |

First and foremost you need a leather cleaner to remove the coloured scuffs.I have Auto Glym leather cleaner but have never used it on my black merino as not needed. All I use is a cream leather conditioner which also cleans is used from Lidl and does the job well.
I think you need a leather dye applied sparingly after it is cleaned on the damaged patches and have seen kits for these on US sites applicable only to M5 leather shades, can't remember if it was on the general forum or the cosmetic section. |

What cleaners do you guys use? I currently use Meguiars gold class and a soft brush for my deeper cleans and Megiuars mirror bright lotion for my maintenance cleans. I'd like to get them even cleaner if possible. |

and this worked absolute wonders. let it dry and clean it off with lexol conditioner. it will come off surrounding leather but will stay on the exposed fabric that needs coloring if the leather is actually damaged. Ive never had luck ever fixing a break in leather because patch will end up breaking too because it's in a stressed spot on like the bottom of the bolster from when you get in and out of the car ...it can fix a tear that maybe just happened from a curtain rod being put in the backseat or something somewhere that never gets any pressure but if it's a pressure break it's just going to break again youll need a reupholster but have fun with it,, its fun restoring nice leather |

I've only just got round to ordering the kit. I got the large one at £38, not sure how much I'll need. Should be here by the weekend so I'll get straight on with it hopefully.

that kit you bought that schrickm5 suggested is for fixing large breaks and tears. you don't have that going on, you just have chaffing and you only need a dye. trust me because I have used a kit just like that one before and it says matches any color because it comes with all primary colors and white & black so it gives you the opportunity to match any color yourself, but dude it's like impossible you need to get a dyr from the link I gave you just a couple posts early and order the white or silver. trust me

BeachM5nster is right, I bought a full kit, however you only need the dye and cleaner + conditioner.
