CP springs vs. Sport springs

CP springs drop the front by 0.3 inch and I'm noticing other brands drop it by a whole inch at least. For those of you who are running a 1 inch drop, can you please weigh in on how the car feels and rides? Weighing in the pros and cons of both springs and ride height

Thank you!

I have the H&R Sport Springs. -1" front and -0.6" rear. Use the car as my daily and drive in the DC area (roads are terrible). Ride quality is just as good as stock. Less body roll. must go less than 10 mph over speed bumps.
Love this set up! but looking back on it, I would prob go with the KW HAS to get that perfect stance.

Just make sure an experienced person installs the HAS kit.
