Cost of Coding?

My M5 came from the previous owner with lots of coded options that I enjoyed. Unfortunately despite my specific request to not re-code, the collision shop did exactly that on a recent repair.

I'm returning this week to them to describe the issue, and I'm sure the appropriate cost to re-code will be part of that discussion.

1) Suggestions as to what the cost to re-code should be?
2) Does anyone in Indianapolis do coding?

You can do this yourself very easily with the Bimmercode app. It's very easy.

Barry, I'd rather not take on the learning curve in this case. It's one of those times the dealer just needs to own up and fix things. Of course I need to know who and how much to quote them.

Glad to hear bimmercode works well.
