He's apparently "out of the country" at the moment so he can't send my parts or my money.

This guy "bought" my MSR intakes from this app we did a PayPal transaction. He told me 3 times he didn't need the charging pipes nor did he want them. So I knocked of 400 off my price and he bought them. Opened a case saying I didn't send the pipes and I was ripping him off so I called PayPal sent them all the proof that he didn't want them. I even told him just send them back I'll refund you it's not problem I know I can get more. He did a charge back his bank took all the money out of my account. EVEN offered to pay for the shipping the guys a piece of shit. 3 months I've been asking for my parts or even the money he thinks ignoring will solve the problem.

Even told him it was miscommunication and told him I'd send it if PayPal told me to send the charging pipes I would or if he wanted a refund I would give him one. Obviously on his end but I wasn't gonna have a he said she said.

Did you do a signature required when you sent him the intake?

Paypal should cover you under seller protection if you opted for signature required. Learned the hard way on my end for a set of rw intakes that buyer disputed after 6 months lol

after 180 days your signature confirmation will expired, and PayPal or eBay usually takes buyers side, very hard to prove.

I had someone do this to me on here on some e92 m tech bumpers.

They kept $800 and the bumpers.

PayPal is useless I left the account negative and never use PayPal again for this reason.

I was doing over 20k a year with paypal for over 10 years. They are a piece of shit and the piece of shit buyers know this.

That’s unfortunate man, sorry you had a negative experience.

I dealt with Andy too when I purchased some wheels from him priced at $4,900 less than 12 weeks ago . I drove 720 miles round trip for them and they were in the condition he described. Safe to say my deal with him was a positive one.

Hopefully your issue gets resolved.

my friend bought BM3 licence over FB and after few weeks after the licence was revoked by seller. I think this is new way to scam ppl. better to buy from authorized retailer with support and warranty.
