For the price, I'd honestly just go H&R Springs, it's 1.0" F / 0.6" R vs 1.2" F / 1.0" R max low on the KW's.

Car already has h&r, and they are complete trash, every set I've installed on this platform is a terrible ride . But most just want a cheap drop.

The customer wants kw after driving my other customers m5.

I'd be impressed if the KWs ride better, they're both just springs

I'm a bmw tech / race car builder , ive installed them all, and I wouldn't put them on a e9x chassis, but they are the smoothest I've found on the f10

Take my word for it.

And when you say "just springs", that's not how it works bud lol

Really? Sheit, I'm always down to learn something. What would make HAS ride better than H&Rs? I thought the only real adjustability was in the height, so other than setting it higher up than where the H&Rs would sit, I don't understand how it would ride better.

I've got H&Rs on my F13 M6 and I agree it is pretty stiff.

well take for instant I mostly do full race stuff , like JRZ, MCS etc. , and pick and choose my own linear spring rates front a rear.
Like 628lbs front 1008lb rear
This all to be determined on divorced rear or true rear coils, car setup, weight, aero or not .

A factory spring is a progressive spring, meaning the rate changes depending on spring design and distance from coil loop to coil loop

H&R springs on ever car is way over sprung. And it's ridiculous . Yes they are cheap, but the ride is crashy and just ruins the experience

Kws progressive rate is much softer and feels better than the stock ride
And allows you to use the EDC modes with noticeable change

It would shock you if you felt the difference lol

But again I'm saying this for a car used as a street car
Not someone trying to be a hero on track or their local on ramp lol

Ahh, I completely forgot that spring rate is a thing. I'm thinking the only way to affect the ride quality is dampers not springs. If I actually drove my car, I'd consider swapping my H&Rs for HAS, because I am deff not happy with the ride quality. It's stiff. But I've had it 5 months and I might have put 2500 miles on it, and I'm probably going to look at an M550i or M850i by summer anyways

Kw HAS

Just recently put in an order for Kw v3 coilovers. I have the Kw HAS on the car right now so will be selling when the v3's come in. So if you're willing to wait a couple months these will be up for sale. FYI : I have an M6 GC so don't know if the fitment transfers. You'd have to chk. I'll be letting them go for $500
