Removed my rear spacers

Removed my rear 5mm spacers as I wasn't happy with just the extended wheel lugs holding the wheel with the hub support not being used as a wheel insert anchor.
It doesn't make any difference in looks and is much easier to put the wheels back on with the original 27mm lugs.

I went with 12.5s largely for this reason, though I also must say it's about a perfect fit as far as wheel gap to the fender with the stock rims and 295 PS4S.

I believe 12mm rear and 10mm front was perfect with stock wheels and tires. Hubcentrics made it easy to mount the wheels without me freaking out that I might damage the CCB

I find this car is very finicky with spacers.

I placed 5 mm up front and at 60+ mph, they vibrated like crazy. I switched to 3 mm and vibration was gone.

Even with 10 mm in the rear, I would notice a slight vibration at 80+ mph.

Anyone else with 10 mm and higher spacers experience this?

15mm spacers on 2 cars, no issues. 20mm on another, also no issue.

Another bug bear here is some roads have 6ft wide raised kerb blockers at the end which the councils waste money on for some reason probably to prevent lorries coming in but they just crunch over then lol My M was coming close to being kerbed on them so it's a no for any spacers.

Make sure you clean the contact surface really good and make sure the spacer is in and not binding on the hub.
