Unknown issue from dkg Transimision
Hello brothers
I need your help After rebuild Engine Every thing was fine But we heard strange sound from Transimision and flywheel First we replaced transmission with used one Sound gone but little And we replaced flywheel Sound gone But after our breakin our engine up to 1000 km We feel dkg bad What ever We replaced flywheel After that when try to switch gear from parking to neutral or D or R Car switched directly to p Fault parking lock disengagement exceeded time We follow fault by bmw tools It said check wire , we checked wire , its ok with function good too , but when we confirmed lock hock good , ista bmw tools said replace Transimision We replaced too same fault We replaced mechatronic same fault Replaced basket, clutches , same fault too When we unlock parking from under Transimision its switched to N After that tried to switch to D.or R Transimision faulty all gear rod failure Really i dont know what happened We checked oil many times , filters , all ok too And checked flywheel its same part we order which compatible with our car Its sound solved too We tried to change with donor tcu mechatronic We found ews protection And i am afraid to buy another nee mechatronic too Cause may be its not Issue When we read all data from dkg diagnostic request All data read with real numbers , like sensor , voltage , hw number , sw numbers too Brake pedal on , off But when i read data from clutches pressure when give car D or R pressure give data zero number We checked wiring too , ground May be i need to change myself I don't know what happened Can any one help please Thanks

For who interested
I checked mechatronic, basket, clutches Every thing looks good After 1 week inspection Finally i found Suction filter was blocked , and oil pump bad cause filter was too bad For who meet error before First thing to check filters Cause its first possible causes to damage mechatronic, pump , clutches too

Now car can engaged and disengage.
But when I switched to N Transimision faulty When drive d Going to 2 nd gear , 4th, 6th With fault code Pressure 1 too high No reverse too Removed another mechatronic but same fault too Looooong time Send to kris email with no reply too

In order for a pickup filter to be completely plugged, the cause of the material needs to be found. There has to be debris coming from moving parts inside the transmission. Find the cause of the debris, and that more than likely will be your issue.
Plausible causes of debris: Abnormal clutch wear Excessive gear material (steel shavings) Ground up plastic or rubber debris SSP |

I had someone send my shop 2014 M5 earlier this year. A different shop installed DCT upgrade clutches and they installed the parts wrong. Car would not adapt and they drove the car. Car would not shift correctly and contacted us for opinion. Removed baskets and found lots of clutch material due to improper installation. Installed new clutches and could not adapt trans. Fault code :40D408 Pressure comparison, Clutch 2 : Pressure too high After several attempts to perform adaptation, removed high flow filter and installed OEM BMW. Transmission adapted 1st try and vehicle now has couple thousands miles on transmission with zero issues. |

I changed
Clutches Filters Mechatronic Same fault When start Engine on p position No fault After switching to N only Transimision faulty directly Clutch pressure 1 too high Try to reset torque Same too faulty too When i test plane for clutch pressure Checked tolerance for clutches pressure 1, and 2 Both in tolerance And ista said delete fault code only With same cycle. May be basket ? Flywheel ? Cause i had bad flywheel ( make noise) and Changed it

Now after replaced 3rd mechatronic
Still clutche Pressure 1 still too high And checked basket function good too , clutches ok When start Engine in p position no fault After Change from p to N Fault clutch Pressure 1 too high When checked diagnostic request Check photos on N position

i have seen f10 m5 with Fault in hydraulic control after installing ssp clutch and could't do the transmissions adaption ,its always terminated specially in gear learn procedure
then we realized the issue is from the other garage installed 2.2mm ring instead of the 1.6mm ring u need to check and fitted the clutch again it may be similar issue |
