Any advice on cleaning rotors??

That chemical guys wheel cleaner ain't it. At least for the rotors....

Or maybe it's just me.

That's surface rust, should go away with driving around for a few min.

To be honest with you, your explanation makes zero sense but that is indeed the case after I drove it, lol. ! Why is that?

It’s raw iron bro - it rusts when the car sits unused or you wash it. One tap of the brakes and the oxidation is gone.
