Led Reverse Lights With no IDrive error or resistor

Here's a small write up I couldn't really find anything on the F10 Series. I found some info on f30.bimmerpost.com and I went and tested it out to see if it works on F10's and it does.

Lights I bought for reverse are

They work really well and are very bright the top light is magnified so it projects out more.

My car is a 2014 M5 but lights should be the same on all F10's

Installing of the Led's is easy you just need to remove the trunk cover which is held by plastic screws. 10mins to remove.

You will need to Code two items in the FRM Module to stop the drive error.

AUSG_24_RFS_L_IS_LED to aktiv
AUSG_25_RFS_R_IS_LED to aktiv

This seems to tell the car the bulb is LED and doesn't pop any errors in the Idrive also stops the flickering of the LED if you do get this but I didn't.

I have attached a picture the LED working also the other file is reference from F30 but they are similar for the F10 also.
