Drivetrain Malfunction after changing spark plugs / coils

So I attempted to change my plugs and coil packs today. After watching all the DIY videos I thought I had it nailed down.

Removal of the old plugs and coils wasn't all that difficult and installation was the reversal.

Items were verified as OEM with stock gaps. My car is a 2014 M5 F10 non comp.

After starting the car, I now get a drivetrain malfunction.

I checked the gaps of the plugs removed and they seemed to be in the neighborhood of .026 - .030

What are the stock gaps? Any ideas what could be wrong?

Re check the connection at the coil packs and the MAF sensor plugged in all the way.

Idled just fine prior to installing the plugs and coils. After starting, it went through the cold start which sounded normal. However after the cold start the idle gets rough, semi loud ticking from the drivers side engine then rough idle.

Will recheck everything and ensure all fittings are good.

My money is on ECU plugs not being fully connected. They can easily give the impression that they are seated right but they are not. Make sure they push down straight when connecting them.

I've also had that same experience. Some of the connectors look like they are seated but they weren't. Once I found it (It pulled right off without undoing the lock) and seated and locked it, everything was fine.

spot on TLK and others. Packs on #4, #5 and #7 were not seated fully. Didn't really have to take the intakes off to reach them either. Thanks for the insight guys.
