Any way to default to Drivelogic setting 2?

Is there either a setting or some coding tweak that will allow the DCT to start in D2 by default rather than D1?

Thanks! Happy New Year.

No, it seems that customizing the two presets or pressing the individual setting buttons is the only way. It always starts in the tamest configuration , probably as a liability mitigator. If you didn't know already, the M1 and M2 steering wheel preset buttons can be customized through the I-drive menu under "settings" and M Drive 1 or 2.

Thanks, and yes, I'll probably just keep changing the setting manually. In my E93 M3, in addition to the M button setting, there was a setting to set the parameters (limited) of the keyfob.

The liability factor makes sense.
