Had a larger lunch (12" pizza) than my usual under 400 calories one.

So, delayed the Lasagna dinner until tomorrow and had some PB on Buttered Toast.

Just had a curry kit from Tesco for two, Jalfrezi and Tikka Masala chicken with basmati rice and oven heated Naan bread topped by a mixed caesar salad on the side with 3, yep 3 glasses of Apothic red.
By gum it were good!

Crockpot full of meats, then added zukes and carrots from the garden, taters from a bag. Pour over the top of a bowl with spanish rice and salsa, indulge.
