I don't know about this piece of art in this photo, but the Great Exhibition of Works of Industry of all Nations 1851 was held in Hyde Park in London.

I would love to have a time machine and go back and be a visitor at that exhibition. What a show it must have been. Little did they know then how much the works of industry would change over the next 173 years. It's remarkable and a bit scary the pace of change.

Most excellent resort! I haven't returned to Tofino for quite some time. I spent a great portion of my youth next door at RCAF Comox. And of course my undergrad nursing program at UVIC. I'll need to return to my old stomping grounds one of these days.
